Cancellation Policy

Display Team Policy Display Squad – Termly Payments If you pay for Display Squad on a termly basis, we kindly ask that you let us know before the end of each term whether your child will be continuing into the next term. This allows us to plan classes, prepare routines, and offer any available places to children on our waiting list. We cannot guarantee spaces within the big competitions and shows if we are not sure of the level of commitment to the team. Monthly Payments Membership and training fees that are payable monthly must be kept up to date to maintain participation in the Display Team. Commitment and Continuity Display Team members are expected to attend training sessions, rehearsals, shows, and displays regularly to ensure team continuity and performance standards. Cancellation of Classes A minimum of 6 weeks' written notice must be provided if a member wishes to cancel their classes or leave the Display Team. Fees remain payable during the notice period. Shows and Displays Participation in scheduled shows and displays is an important part of team membership. If a member is unable to attend a booked event, they must notify the team management as soon as possible. The team reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel shows, displays, rehearsals, or training sessions when necessary.
