While we always aim to run classes as scheduled, if we ever need to cancel you will be offered either a make‑up session of your choice or a coupon to use toward our other services or your next term payment.
Lateness & Safety
To ensure a safe and proper warm-up, we ask that all students arrive on time. For safety reasons, athletes arriving more than 15 minutes late may be unable to join the session. Proper attire, such as gym leotards or athletic wear, is required for all participants.
Code of Conduct
We strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment. We ask that both students and parents treat our coaches and fellow members with kindness. To ensure a productive atmosphere for all, disruptive behavior will not be permitted.
Parking and spectating
There is no on-site parking and no drive-through drop-off at G Stars Academy. To help us keep all children safe, please use nearby side roads for parking and allow extra time to walk to the venue. We are unable to offer space for parents to sit and watch during classes. A small waiting area is available for parents attending 1-hour sessions only. Parents and carers will be invited into the gym once a term for badge testing, competitions, or display performances so you can see your child’s progress and celebrate their achievements.
