Make your child's birthday one to remember with a fun-filled gymnastics party at GStars Academy! Our qualified coaches will provide an exciting, safe and active experience that children will love.
 

Package 1 – Free Play Party (ages 7yrs+)

What's Included

• 20 minutes of warm-up games with our coaches.

• 40 minutes of obstacle-style free play using a variety of gymnastics equipment.

• Children are free to explore the equipment in a supervised environment.

• 45 minutes in the party room for food, cake and celebrations.

• Basic party decorations included.

Total Party Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
 

Please Note

• Due to the nature of the free play session, we require 2–3 additional parents to remain in the gym to help supervise alongside our coaches.
   

Package 2 – Gymnastics Class Party (ages 4yrs+)
 

A structured gymnastics party led by our qualified coaches, giving every child the opportunity to experience all of the gymnastics apparatus.

What's Included

• 30 minutes of warm-up games and fun activities.

• 1 hour coached gymnastics session.

• Floor skills and gymnastics activities.

• Small group rotations on all gymnastics apparatus.

• Supervised free play on the AirTrack.

• 45 minutes in the party room for food, cake and celebrations.

• Basic party decorations included.

Total Party Time: 2 hours 15 minutes
 

Party Information

• Parties are available Sundays only.

• Party start time: 2:30pm.

• Entry from 2:00pm for the birthday family to set up food and cake in the party room.

• Maximum of 20 children.

• All parties are supervised by qualified gymnastics coaches.

• Basic party decorations are included with every booking.

Please note: Personalised decorations must be booked at least 3 weeks before your party date.
 

Booking & Payment

• A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The deposit is non-refundable if the party is cancelled less than 7 days before the party date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in cash no later than 1 week before the party.
