Service Description
Package 2 – Gymnastics Class Party A structured gymnastics party led by our qualified coaches, giving every child the opportunity to experience all of the gymnastics apparatus. What's Included 30 minutes of warm-up games and fun activities. 1 hour coached gymnastics session. Floor skills and gymnastics activities. Small group rotations on all gymnastics apparatus. Supervised free play on the AirTrack. 45 minutes in the party room for food, cake and celebrations. Basic party decorations included. Total Party Time: 2 hours 15 minutes 15 children Included with party Maximum : 20 (£15 extra per child) Kitchen Facilities: We can provide juice and water for your party. You're also welcome to use the kitchen if you'd like to prepare or heat food. Plates, bowls, cups and basic utensils are all available for your use.

Birthday Party Information DEPOSITS are NON REFUNDABLE once booked. Paying a deposit will secure your party date and allow us to purchase any of the add ons to your service. To help us make your child's party as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, please ensure the following information is provided before your party: Birthday Child * Please check that the **birthday child's name and age** are correct on your booking. * Let us know as soon as possible if any details need updating. Party Guests Please provide the following **at least 1 week before the party**: * A list of all children attending. * Any relevant medical conditions, allergies or additional needs that our coaches should be aware of. Numbers : 15 Children included within the party price. Maximum 20 children, £15 extra per each additional child. Contact Details The parent or guardian of the birthday child is responsible for collecting a contact telephone number for the parent or guardian of every child attending the party. These contact details can be kept by the birthday child's parent or guardian and do not need to be provided to GStars Academy unless they are required in the event of an emergency or another situation where immediate contact is necessary. Themed Decorations/Party Bags If you have booked our **personalised decoration package**, please email us your chosen party theme as soon as possible so we have enough time to prepare your decorations. Food & Cake * If you are bringing your own food and birthday cake, you may access the party room from **2:00pm** to set everything up before guests arrive. * Please let us know in advance if you have any special requests. On the Day * Please ensure children arrive wearing comfortable clothing suitable for gymnastics. * Long hair should be tied back and jewellery removed before taking part. * Parents should inform a coach immediately of any last-minute medical information or changes before the party begins. Thank you for helping us prepare for your party. Providing this information in advance allows us to deliver a fun, safe and memorable birthday experience for everyone.
