Cancellation Policy

2-Hour Gymnastics Class – Booking Policy To secure a place in our 2-Hour Gymnastics Class, bookings are made on a termly basis with payment due in full before the start of each term. Secure Your Place for the Whole Year To make payments more manageable and guarantee your child's place for the entire year without needing to rebook each term, we also offer a monthly payment plan. **Payment Plan** * **11 monthly payments of £86.38** * **One-off annual membership fee of £46.35**, added to the **first payment only** * Once your payment plan is set up, your child's place will automatically be reserved for the full academic year. If you would like to join the payment plan, **please email the club** and we will be happy to arrange this for you. General Booking Information * Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. * A booking is only confirmed once payment (or a payment plan) has been arranged. * Fees include coaching, facility hire, and the annual membership where applicable. * Payment plan instalments are due monthly and must be kept up to date to retain your child's place. * Missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances are non-refundable and cannot usually be transferred. * In the unlikely event that Gstars Academy has to cancel a session, a suitable alternative, credit, or refund will be offered where appropriate.
