Cancellation Policy

Gymnastics Class Booking Policy Booking & Payment All classes are booked and paid for on a termly basis. Full payment is required to secure your child's place in the class. Places cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received. Membership Fee An annual membership fee of £45 is payable by all gymnasts. The membership fee is included within your termly invoice where applicable. Website Processing Charge All fees include a 3% website processing charge, which covers the cost of online payment transactions. Missed Classes Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot normally be transferred or credited. Where a class is cancelled by the club, a replacement session or credit may be offered at the club's discretion. Cancellations If you wish to withdraw from classes, please notify us before the start of the next term. Refunds are not available once a term has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the club. Class Availability Places are limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. Returning gymnasts may be offered priority booking before spaces are released to new members. Health & Safety Parents/guardians must inform the club of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes to emergency contact details. Appropriate gymnastics attire must be worn for every session, and long hair should be securely tied back. Changes to Classes The club reserves the right to amend class times, coaches, venues, or fees where necessary. Reasonable notice will be provided wherever possible.
