Cancellation Policy

Gstars Academy – Squad Gymnastics Policy Squad Commitment Congratulations on being selected to join a Gstars Academy Squad. Squad gymnastics is designed for gymnasts who are committed to developing their skills through regular training and representing the club at competitions, displays, and events. By accepting a squad place, you agree to the following: Training Commitment Gymnasts are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions. Regular attendance is essential for skill progression, routine preparation, and team development. If your child is unable to attend a session, please notify the club as soon as possible. Competitions Squad members are expected to participate in competitions and club events where selected by the coaching team. Competition dates will be communicated well in advance wherever possible. Coaches will determine competition entry based on attendance, readiness, and performance. Squad Leotard All gymnasts representing Gstars Academy at competitions must wear the official club squad leotard. The squad leotard is compulsory for all competitions and official club events. Information regarding ordering and sizing will be provided upon joining the squad. Monthly Payment Plan Squad places are reserved through a monthly payment plan. Payments are collected monthly to secure your child's place within the squad throughout the year. Cancellation A minimum of 4 weeks' written notice is required if you wish to cancel your squad membership. Payments remain due throughout the notice period. Failure to provide the required notice may result in charges being applied.
